Responsibilities:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Field Service setup and configuration
  • Resource scheduling, service agreements, and mobile workforce tools
  • Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, and basic flows
  • Real client project participation under expert mentorship

Requirements:

  • Final-year students or recent graduates in CS, IT, or related fields
  • Eagerness to learn Microsoft business apps and field service operations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Dynamics basics, or Power Platform is a plus
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
