Field Services Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Mid-Level)
We're seeking a proactive and skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Field Service Consultant to join our growing team at Innovex IT Solutions. You’ll play a key role in designing, customizing, and implementing CRM Field Service modules for diverse business environments. Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Field Service modules including resource scheduling, work order management, and service agreements
- Customize entities, workflows, plugins, and integrations
- Provide post-deployment support and documentation
- Optimize performance through code tuning, refactoring, and deployment best practices.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Field Service
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience with JavaScript, Power Automate, and REST APIs
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Microsoft certifications (PL-200, MB-240) are a plus
