Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of D365 F&O projects.
- Analyze business requirements and map them to functional capabilities in Finance, Project Management, and Warehouse Management modules.
- Configure and customize modules to align with business processes.
- Work closely with technical consultants and developers to ensure functional requirements are properly translated into technical solutions.
- Support and guide testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Prepare functional documentation and conduct knowledge transfer to end-users.
- Collaborate with CRM teams for Dual Write scenarios and ensure smooth integration between F&O and Dataverse.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant in D365 Finance & Operations.
- Deep functional expertise in Finance, Project Management, and Warehouse Management.
- Strong understanding of Dual Write architecture and Dataverse/CRM integrations.
- Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations of D365 F&O.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to interact with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Microsoft certifications in D365 Finance and related modules are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
