We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Functional Consultant with a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). In this role, you will be responsible for leading implementation projects, translating complex business needs into effective solutions, and ensuring seamless system performance and user adoption.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of MS Dynamics 365 F&O modules, particularly in the areas of Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Project Management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements through workshops and interviews.
- Translate business processes into detailed functional specifications and solution architecture.
- Configure and customize F&O modules to align with client-specific requirements.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identify gaps, and work with technical teams to implement fixes.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation including Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Fit/Gap analyses, user manuals, and test scripts.
- Work closely with developers, solution architects, and project managers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Participate in upgrade projects, change management, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Stay current with Microsoft updates, new features, and industry best practices.
Required Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Solid understanding of financial workflows, supply chain processes, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) concepts.
- Strong expertise in requirement analysis, functional design, customization, testing, and training.
- Experience in creating comprehensive documentation and training materials for various user levels.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
- Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related modules are a strong plus.
